Metro Brokers’ innovative
communication system perhaps best highlights the efficiencies of our
centralized broker support system. While other real estate organizations
force clients to keep track of office, cell phone and pager numbers
for their agents, Metro Brokers associates are always available at
one easy-to-remember phone number. One of 23 uniquely trained staff
operators can connect callers directly to our sales associates, no
matter where they are.
Our associates also can be reached on their private line, which utilizes
the “Follow Me” technology to reach the associate wherever
they are – home,
office, cell phone, etc. If a caller has to
leave a message, that message is delivered directly to the agent's
cell phone via text message. This ensures that all 2,900 Metro
Brokers sales associates are accessible
24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
Communicating with our associates by email is just as easy and efficient.
All an emailer has to know is the associate’s first and last
name because every email address is simply:
firstname.lastname@metrobrokers.com. If an emailer doesn’t
know the associate’s first and last name, the emailer can find
the associate on our website by a host of search criteria.
Our associates can access their email from any computer with internet
access using a password-protected network. Emails are stored on state-of-the-art
computer servers at BellSouth’s eCenter, a high-security server
storage facility with enough back-up power to run a small city during
a power outage.
