Broker Support

Unlike other real estate companies, our full-time broker support staff and office managers don’t compete against our sales associates. Their full-time job is to provide the training and support necessary to make our sales associates the most successful in the business. Office managers are not licensed agents, so their sole responsibility is to make sure the office runs smoothly and your needs are met.

Extensive Experience

All of our broker support staff have extensive experience in Georgia real estate and are able to guide associates through difficult sales transactions. The broker support team offers associates a variety of experience ranging from residential to commercial and business brokerage to new homes, international properties and more.

7 Days a Week

Our broker support team is available by phone or email over 80 hours a week. Drop-in visits are welcome…no appointment needed. The brokers regularly consult with the Georgia Real Estate Commission, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the local boards of Realtors to have up-to-the-minute information available to agents. Our brokers also consult with one another to develop optimum solutions for the situations at hand. The goal in broker support is two-fold: To be able to help agents seven days a week and to provide real-world, factual answers to any question ahead.

WAR: Wealth Accumulation by Residuals

BHGRE Metro Brokers offers its sales associates long-term financial rewards for helping the company recruit new associates to the BHGRE Metro Brokers team.

Retirement Earnings

The Wealth Accumulation by Residuals (WAR) program is very simple. When an agent sponsors a new sales associate at BHGRE Metro Brokers, the company will give them an override or bonus equal to one percent of the new associate’s gross commission on every sale. And, best of all, their overrides will be paid for as long as they and the associate remain at BHGRE or its referral company.

How it Works

A BHGRE Metro Brokers agent refers 20 new sales associates to the company. If those 20 associates average $60,000 in gross commissions per year, then the sponsoring agent would earn $12,000 per year or 1% of all the gross commissions earned. The sponsoring agent would continue to receive his/her recruiting bonus even after retiring from the real estate business.
