METRO BROKERS ACQUIRES 6TH LARGEST ACADEMY

 

Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate Academy continues to grow by leaps and bounds. Recently, the academy purchased The Gaddy School, one of the top six real estate schools in Georgia.

 

Located in Peachtree City, The Gaddy School features both pre-license and continuing education courses. Since its inception, The Gaddy School has been known for its exceptional standards and graduates more than 300 pre-license students each year.

 

The purpose of purchasing The Gaddy School was to acquire a new location and valuable market share as well as to gain the services of renowned instructor Wade Gaddy, owner of The Gaddy School.

 

Gaddy will be the newest instructor for Metro Brokers. He has more than 30 years of real estate experience and has authored three real estate text books. He has also served on the continuing education faculties of four Georgia universities. In 2004, he was selected as Instructor of the Year by the Georgia Association of Realtors.

 

The Gaddy School location will be the seventh dedicated training area for the Metro Brokers Academy.
