Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers’ award-winning website – www.metrobrokers.com – just received some major updates! Over the years, the site has continued to be updated with new and improved features to better assist our clients. These newest changes are specifically aimed at improving the search tool and making the site easier to navigate.

One of the biggest updates to the site is the addition of a Rental search tool. When visiting the home page and the advanced search under “Find a Property”, you will now find three tabs along the top of the search bar that allows you to search for Rental and Foreclosure properties in addition to properties for sale.

The new Rental search includes all properties available for rent from FMLS, GAMLS and NEGAMLS, and utilizes our custom de-duplicating process, so that properties won’t appear multiple times as they do on other real estate sites.

Rentals are listed by price per month, and you can customize your search in many different ways including whether pets are allowed or not.

And although you’ve been able to search Foreclosures for some time now, it is now moved to a more obvious location on the tab. The tabbed interface makes the search tool more streamlined and easy to use.

The My Metro feature on metrobrokers.com has been popular with homebuyers, and it makes saving properties and searches a breeze. Now, My Metro is easier to find than ever, since it’s been moved to the bar above every search page and property description page.

There were a variety of other improvements to the user interface on metrobrokers.com. You can now navigate through properties in your search results from the property details page by clicking Next or Previous Property links. Buttons to share, print, schedule a showing and request more information on a property are easier to locate and understand. Virtual Tour buttons are more visible, and the number of homes for sale or rent is now visible on the advanced search page.
