TOP AGENTS ANNOUNCED AT 3Q COMMERCIAL MEETING

Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers recently held its monthly combined Commercial and Business Brokerage meeting for October and announced the top commercial and business brokerage agents for the third quarter of 2010.

Congratulations to:

  • Commercial Sales Agent of the Quarter: Kelly Truong
  • Commercial Leasing Agent of the Quarter: Greg Nobles
  • Business Brokerage Agent of the Quarter: Satwant Singh

Kelly Truong, recipient of the Commercial Sales Agent of the Quarter award, sold a 44 acre chicken farm in Gordon County. Greg Nobles, Commercial Leasing Agent of the Quarter, leased the space for a new Stevi B’s Pizza franchise in Stockbridge. Top Business Brokerage Agent Satwant Singh sold a hotel.

Prior to the meeting, IT Director Eddie Krebs presented the newly launched CBC Metro Brokers website. The highly interactive and user-friendly website includes articles on a variety of topics to educate consumers, testimonials from clients, agent profiles, and a property search feature. At the meeting, President and CEO Kevin Levent announced the winners and spoke about the current state of the lending market. Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers agents also provided their insights about the trends they are seeing in the market as banks tighten their lending requirements.
