TOP AGENTS ANNOUNCED AT 4Q COMMERCIAL MEETING

Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers recently held its monthly combined Commercial and Business Brokerage meeting and announced the top commercial and business brokerage agents for the fourth quarter of 2010.

Colley and Jackson shared their Private Capital Group initiative with the group. Through this initiative, they are working to capitalize on and expand the success of the Bank Asset Team (www.metrobrokersforeclosures.com) by generating new relationships and broadening existing ones with various types of private investment groups. This initiative will create more opportunities for CBC Metro Brokers agents by creating more commercial asset listings and by helping locate the pockets of active investors for their current and future listings.
