Scanning Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers’ new QR code sign allows homebuyers to gain instant access to property details when they are outside a home for sale.
BHGRE Metro Brokers is proud to announce a new QR code marketing system specially designed to assist home buyers in their home search and help homeowners sell their homes faster. According to ScanLife, QR (Quick Response) code scans have increased by 440% in the past year, and BHGRE Metro Brokers is ensuring that their home buyers, sellers and sales associates get the most from this powerful new technology.
When you scan BHGRE Metro Brokers’ new QR code sign, it grabs your GPS location from your smartphone and brings up the property that you’re standing at! Once the program locks in on your location, it displays the home’s listing details page on metrobrokers.com with property photos and information details. It’s an easy-to-use and exciting new tool for homebuyers!

QR codes can be scanned by using apps available to all smartphones. If you go to the app store on your smartphone (whether it’s an iPhone, Android, Blackberry or Windows Phone 7 smartphone), simply do a search for QR reader. There are generally multiple solutions available, but any should work.
QR readers utilize your phone’s camera to scan a QR code, similar to a bar code scanner. Just line up the QR code, and it goes to the QR code’s destination link.
