Byrd Awarded For 40 Years of Service

Paula Byrd of the Perimeter office was recently awarded by the National Association of Realtors® for being a member of the organization for more than 40 years, reaching Emeritus status. She received both a plaque and special pin in celebration of the achievement.

“In my time as a real estate agent, I’ve never come across someone with this award or seen it in person,” exclaimed President and CEO Kevin Levent. “This is an incredible accomplishment in the real estate industry, and definitely warrants congratulations.”

Byrd received the award at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ recent Annual Business Meeting. She was one of only five agents to receive the award at the event, and the only female to do so.

She also received a special pin complete with four red gems on the front, each representing 10 years of service.

Even after more than 40 years, Byrd is still a juggernaut of the commercial real estate industry. She has received “Agent of the Quarter” on several occasions over the past few years from Metro Brokers, and is a Top 10 Commercial Agent each year.
