Buckhead agents treated to new office, more space

April 12, 2010

Last week, sales associates out of the Buckhead office were treated to a nice surprise: A new, larger office location. The final renovations were completed in only a weekend’s time and sales associates were able to begin working out of the new location starting Apr. 6.

Located in the same complex, just in a different building, the new Buckhead office has been branded the Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers headquarters, although Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers sales associates are more than welcome to work out of it.

The new office features two conferences, one of which accommodates 12 people, has teleconferencing capability, and includes a wall of glass with the CBC Metro Brokers logo etched in it. The office also includes general work areas, more private offices, and a mix of various cubicles.

Due to its placement on the ninth floor of the building, the new office is sure to impress clients with spectacular views of the Galleria area, Kennesaw Mountain, and the Central Perimeter District, along with the residential section of Buckhead.

“The new office is great,” said John Grim, a CBC Metro Brokers agent out of the Buckhead office. “The design is really spectacular.”

Founded in 1979 with just one office and a handful of sales associates, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers is the largest Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate® franchise in the world with more than 2,000 licensees, making the company the largest license holder in the state of Georgia.
