Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers Mobile Site Receives Major Update, New Interface

BHGRE Metro Brokers mobile website, metrobrokers.com, can be accessed from any phone and include a Search Nearby feature that will help consumers find ‘real estate on the go’. Photos and property details can be found on virtually any rental property and home for sale in metro Atlanta.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers mobile website (m.metrobrokers.com) recently underwent major changes to include features that consumers want today – properties near their location, photos, details, maps and more. The mobile site can be accessed by any phone with internet access by simply visiting metrobrokers.com.

The new mobile site features an entirely new interface that has been optimized for touch screen phones. Similar in look and feel to a smartphone app, the new mobile site features buttons along the bottom of the screen with instant access to the home menu, property search, full website and the ability to contact BHGRE Metro Brokers directly.

With the new mobile site, consumers will be able to search for homes “For Sale” and “For Rent” when performing a property search. When a consumer clicks on either of these options, the first option is to search nearby properties.

Find Properties Nearby

The “Search Nearby” feature was added so that when consumers are out looking at properties, not only will they be able to search for homes but also see what is available near them at that particular moment. This option uses your phone’s GPS or Wi-Fi (if available) to find your location, and does a radius search, listing the closest homes first. Consumers can choose the search radius in increments from a quarter mile to 15 miles out.

The results are displayed in order of proximity to your current location. Plus, each listing preview features the exact location of the property (ex. “0.44 miles away”), so that consumers can get a feel for how close it is along with the price, bedrooms and other immediate information.

If a buyer sees a property that matches their criteria, they can click on the listing and get access to more information and photos as well as the Google Maps location of the property. Using the Google Maps integration, buyers can get immediate directions to the nearby property.

Additional Enhancements

In addition, the entire listing search and property view has received an overhaul with a more polished look and feel. Large buttons appear at the top of the property view, allowing visitors to choose from details, mapping and photos.

Visitors to the website will also be able to easily access the “Find an Agent” and “Find an Office” features directly from the main menu. With 25 offices located all around Metro Atlanta, consumers will be able to easily find an agent that specializes in the area.
