BHGRE Metro Brokers Pulling Ahead in Market Share

In the most recent market share reports, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers is rising to the top of the pack! While other brokerages are losing market share and business, BHGRE Metro Brokers continues to grow.

“In addition to having the best agents in the state, we are continuing to try and find new avenues of business,” explains President and CEO Kevin Levent. “This includes mobile and internet traffic, relocation business and REO expansion. This summer, our sales figures are continuing to overwhelm our competitors, and our growth is gaining momentum!”

BHGRE Metro Brokers currently ranks #1 in market share for units sold on the selling side for the 22-county metro Atlanta area in both GaMLS and FMLS. BHGRE Metro Brokers is also the market share leader for north Georgia for both total units sold and total sold volume according to NEGAMLS.

Sales have also been increasing all year long, with each month’s sales being higher as compared to that month in 2010. The company’s third quarter contracts were 35% higher than 2010, with September 2011 being 39% higher than last September. Overall, BHGRE Metro Brokers is tracking almost 30% higher sales for the entire year.
