iPhone app receives update

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate recently updated their popular Home Selection Assistant iPhone app. The BHGRE iPhone app is an innovative tool that helps homebuyers become more informed by streamlining their home buying experience.

Currently one of the most popular real estate apps in the iPhone’s library, the Home Selection Assistant allows you to “snap, store, score and share” images of homes that you have viewed as well as gather important neighborhood information including data on local schools, nearby restaurants and shops, comparable home prices and sales trends.

Even more capabilities were recently added to this great tool. New enhancements include:

  • The ability for a user to see all of their albums/properties on a map at once
  • Easy-to-see points of interest near a specific property on a map
  • New agent search feature allows you to easily find a BHGRE agent in your area
