Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers is proud to announce Frank Holden of Clayton, Ga. as the newest associate broker to join the company after the acquisition of Coldwell Banker Commercial Mountain Brokers in Rabun County. A commercial real estate expert for almost 50 years, he specializes in commercial retail sales and leasing, office space and income property.

Prior to joining CBC Metro Brokers, Holden was an accomplished commercial real estate agent in Rabun County. During his real estate career, he has earned the Phoenix Award and was awarded life membership in the Million Dollar Club of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is also a Realtor Emeritus ACBR and RBR.

Besides practicing commercial real estate, Holden is also a certified instructor for the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC), a professor of property management at Georgia State University, a member of the Veterans of Foreign War and is the current President of the Rabun County Kiwanis Club.

Holden holds a LLB (law) degree from Woodrow Wilson College of Law. He lives in Clayton.
