David Postell of the North Fulton office was working on closing on a HUD home and referred his buyer, Jose Vasquez, to Armstrong to assist with the mortgage.
“I looked at different estimates and originally decided to go with a competitor broker, who provided a lower estimate than Audrey,” said Vasquez. “After checking into it, Audrey's estimate was higher because she was forthcoming with ALL of the fees - whereas the competitor was not.
