COLDWELL BANKER CASCADE JOINS BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS REAL ESTATE METRO BROKERS

With the merger of Coldwell Banker Cascade, BHGRE Metro Brokers has completed one of its largest acquisitions to date. Founded in 1986 as Bob White Realty, CB Cascade is a well established company in South Fulton and one of the biggest Coldwell Banker franchises in Georgia. More than 80 agents will now operate under the BHGRE Metro Brokers name.

They will now work out of BHGRE Metro Brokers’ Cascade office at 1075 Fairburn Road, Suite 109 in Atlanta, and also have access to BHGRE Metro Brokers’ 24 other offices located in metro Atlanta and north Georgia.

Bob White, former broker and owner of CB Cascade, is very excited about the opportunities that BHGRE Metro Brokers is now offering his agents. “I’ve had a long relationship with Kevin (Levent),” explains White. “His concentration on technology and marketing, and the convenience of the other offices, will serve my agents well into the future.”

“Also, the free training such as the short sale and REO classes is really great,” said White.

CB Cascade specialized in residential real estate in South Fulton County, specifically the Cascade area. The office was awarded the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle, honoring the top 2% of Coldwell Banker offices worldwide.

White will continue on at BHGRE Metro Brokers as an associate broker. He has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, and will concentrate on residential sales and property management as well as providing continuing support for the agents from his former company. He has a degree in Accounting from Tuskegee University and lives in Atlanta.
