Armstrong named top MBF loan officer in 2009

The numbers are in, and Metro Brokers Financial (MBF) has named Audrey Armstong their top loan officer of 2009! Armstrong recorded a staggering $16.9 million in sales volume, an incredible feat in today’s market.

“I establish relationships with clients rather than look at it as a one-time deal,” said Armstrong. “It only makes sense to follow the interest rates and get them locked in as low as possible.”

Armstrong works out of the North Fulton office and specializes in both FHA and conventional financing and works with both first-time and move-up buyers. She’s received a multitude of awards from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia, Georgia Association of Mortgage Brokers and MBF over the course of her career.
