Helen Frassmann of Peachtree City, Ga. was the winner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers most recent Super Sunday $1,000 giveaway. She attended an open house donated and hosted by Chris Seigel of the Newnan office on May 16.

Frassman had an interesting story. She, her husband and their daughter had recently moved back to the United States from Germany after five years in the country. Her husband was a government official, and they are looking forward to living in Peachtree City for the family atmosphere and top notch schools.

“I’ll definitely be using my winnings as a down payment on our new home,” said Frassman.

As the winner of Super Sunday’s $1,000 giveaway, Frassman’s name and photo will appear on the Super Sunday website beginning today.

Seigel also won $500 of his own for registering the winner. This is the second time that Siegel has been randomly chosen (he was also a $500 winner in Sep. 2009), and he feels that hosting open houses is an important part of being a Realtor.

“Even when no one shows up, you’re satisfying your client by hosting an open house,” explains Siegel. “I host an open house every weekend.”

Siegel has definitely had some success, having been awarded Top Sales Associate in his office for 2009.

New winners are announced every month on or around the 19th.
