PATRICE CLARK OF ATLANTA WINS $1,000 GIVEAWAY!

Metro Mike, mascot for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, hands over the $1,000 check after Patrice Clark of Atlanta, Ga. won last month’s Super Sunday drawing.

Patrice Clark of Atlanta, Ga. was the winner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers most recent Super Sunday $1,000 giveaway. She attended an open house hosted by Gwen Stovall of the Peachtree City office on August 14.

Stovall had placed flyers and door-hangers advertising her open house on all the homes surrounding her open house. Clark owned one of the homes, saw the flyer, and decided to stop in.

“I help friends decorate their homes, so I’m always looking at other houses for new ideas. I figured I might as well stop in and see this home,” Clark explained. “I also have a friend that I am trying to convince to purchase a home, so I also look at homes for her whenever I get a chance!” Clark couldn’t wait to spend some of the money on herself for her birthday this month.

As the winner of Super Sunday’s $1,000 giveaway, Clark’s name and photo will appear on the Super Sunday website, http://supersunday.metrobrokers.com/, beginning today.

The Super Sunday program began in 2007 as a method of combining all of BHGRE Metro Brokers’ open house efforts one day a month, so that buyers can easily locate an open house in their area. Buyers can use the Super Sunday website, http://supersunday.metrobrokers.com/, to search the available open houses, and even plot their course using the Google Maps integration. To sweeten the deal, one lucky registrant is randomly drawn to win $1,000 after each event! Since its inception, there have been more than 10,000 Super Sunday open houses held in metro Atlanta with more than 15,000 attendees.
