Grim finishes 1st in nationwide CBC training

Coldwell Banker Commercial recently held their Platinum Producer training, and John Grim of CBC Metro Brokers finished at the top of the class nationwide.

As the top finisher, Grim received a free registration to the Global CBC Conference as well as free training opportunities. Grim specializes in office and retail leasing, as well as business site selection.

CBC's Platinum Producer Class is designed for commercial agents with three to seven years experience, and focuses on taking the agent's business to a higher level. The class, hosted this year by Metro Brokers in Atlanta, was CBC's first offering of this new class to its agents.

Agents from CBC offices in North Carolina, Texas, Washington D.C., Arkansas, as well as Georgia, attended the six week classroom and online class.

Other than Grim, two other CBC Metro Brokers agents finished in the top 10: Kurt Cooper and Russ Morgan.
